In commercial, contractual, marine, environmental, construction defect, whistleblower, and personal injury litigation matters, Dave Marvel has substantial expertise representing individuals, businesses, agencies, and insurers. He is also a qualified mediator and consultant. He is licensed to practice law in South Carolina, Georgia, the Eastern District of Texas, the Southern District of Georgia, and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fourth, Fifth, and Eleventh Circuits. He has also tried and/or argued cases in each of those jurisdictions. In South Carolina state courts, he has provided expert testimony on marine subjects and is qualified to do so.
